Winemaking process
This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best grapes and the perfect communion between technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
Tasting notes
A distinctive wine with a light citric colour, with a fruity, appealing and elegant aroma. It has well balanced acidity which results in a soft and fresh taste on the palate.
Food pairings
This wine is delicious served with salads, shellfish, fish or poultry.
Recommendations
This wine should be served at a temperature between 8ºC – 10ºC.
Store in a horizontal position in a cool, dark place free from strong and foreign odours or vibrations, at a constant temperature.
