The revelation comes from a study by Melbourne-based marketing agency Impressive, which has compiled a "Top Ten" list of Australian celebrities who have turned their social media accounts into lucrative side hustles.

Hemsworth, the beloved Thor actor, boasts an impressive following of over 58.5 million on Instagram, placing him at the pinnacle of the list. His social media influence underscores the powerful combination of Hollywood stardom and digital influence.

Not far behind is Katherine Langford, the Perth-born actress known for her role in "13 Reasons Why," who occupies the second spot with a potential earning of $737,205 per post, thanks to her 42.1 million followers.

Hugh Jackman, another Hollywood favorite, finds himself in the third position. The "Wolverine" star can earn around $554,989 from his 31.6 million followers for a single sponsored post.

The list also highlights the earning power of other prominent Australian figures in the entertainment industry. Singer and actor Troye Sivan can command up to $276,352.08 per post with his 15.3 million followers.

Liam Hemsworth, with 12.6 million followers, has an estimated earning power of $231,118.89, ranking him sixth.
